Our role is straightforward: we issue secured Notes and channel proceeds into Rotterdam Factoring XL B.V. and future subsidiaries within the Rotterdam Factoring Group. These proceeds support Dutch SMEs through receivables financing, a proven model with strong demand and tangible collateral.
